Domestic Terraced House 2011

Rodec recently completed renovating the entire inside of my Victorian Terraced house in Blackburn for me. The job was a big one, complicated and frustrating - I don't think we have a straight edge anywhere in the house! I was impressed right from the start with Stewarts professionalism. I work in Manchester so needed to fit in the quote around my working hours. Stewart came out early on a Saturday morning to quote - and it was immediately apparent he knew his stuff. He had suggestions and ideas which added to mine and also some brand new ideas such as suggesting the Lincrusta frieze for the dining room when he spotted coving wouldn't work. When it came time to do the work, he started a week ahead of schedule (which was a nice change!) and the team were just amazing. They worked quickly but with skill and a keen attention to detail. I was shocked to see the progress after just 4.5 days when I popped in for a look. I was also impressed that Stewart would send me photos when key bits were completed so I could see how well everything was coming along. That was a lovely surprise.

All his team are polite, courteous and friendly and it was a real pleasure to have them working on the house. I continued to be impressed all the way through the project. I would strongly recommend Rodec for anyones project - I know I will be using them again.

Over the last six years we have built up a great working relationship with Stewart and his team at RODEC Ltd.

Stewart has always given us total flexibility in terms of working out of hours and long shifts so as not to inconvenience our members (something that is vital in our industry)

I rely on the fact that i only have to make a call and i can relax in the knowledge that the job is in reliable hands and with regular pictures and email updates it makes my job a lot easier.

So to sum up.

Over the last six years we have spent upwards of £700,000 with RODEC Ltd and they remain as professional and accommodating as ever.

Whether the job is a full club redecoration or just a couple of doors in a changing room Stewarts can do attitude is always the same.
